Why Home Brewers Choose Sowtech

Practical coffee equipment for people who want better cups at home — without turning the kitchen into a café workstation.

One-Knob Brewing

The 3.5 Bar machine runs from a single knob — brew, steam, off. No menus, no apps, no learning curve. The kind of control a tired Tuesday morning actually needs.

Compact Footprint

The 3.5 Bar measures 8.3"D × 6"W × 11.8"H — small enough for an apartment, dorm, RV, home office, or shared kitchen. The 20 Bar stainless model stays compact too.

Silky Milk Foam

The steam wand pulls dense, café-style microfoam for cappuccinos, lattes, and macchiatos. The anti-scald sleeve means a steady hand isn't a prerequisite for the silky pour.

Absolutely perfect. Inexpensive and easy to use at home espresso maker. Tried a few others and returned. This I've now been using for almost 9 months and still no issues. Highly recommend.

Nice product, easy to use. A bit messy as the ground coffee has static electricity in the catch container.

How to Use Your Sowtech Espresso Machine

A four-step routine that gets a real espresso shot — and a cappuccino if you want one — from a Sowtech machine in a few minutes.

  1. 1

    Fill the water tank

Pour fresh, filtered water into the reservoir. For frothing milk on the 3.5 Bar model, top up the tank a little extra — the steam wand draws from the same reservoir.

  2. 2

Add ground coffee and tamp lightly

Spoon medium-fine ground coffee into the permanent filter (Sowtech grinder setting around 12–18 works well) and tamp evenly with the included tool — even pressure, no need to muscle it.

  3. 3

    Turn the knob to brew

Power on, wait roughly a minute for the heater, then rotate the knob to brew. A 1–4 cup pour finishes in about a minute. Stay nearby — short brews extract fast.

  4. 4

Steam-froth cold milk for cappuccino or latte

Switch the knob to steam, submerge the wand just under the surface of cold whole milk, and hold the pitcher at a slight angle for silky microfoam. The anti-scald sleeve keeps your fingers safe while you swirl.

Always follow the safety and cleaning instructions in the user manual that ships with your Sowtech machine — the steam wand and brew head get hot during use.

About Sowtech — A Home Appliance Brand Since 1999

Sowtech was founded in 1999 with a simple idea — household appliances should be practical, reliable, and easy to operate, without unnecessary complexity. Over the years the brand has built a portfolio that includes PCT invention patents, more than 80 core technology patents, and recognition as an Asia-Pacific Gold brand.

In coffee, that translates into compact espresso machines and conical burr grinders that fit on real countertops — apartments, family kitchens, dorm rooms, home offices. Compact dimensions, fast heat-up, and approachable controls so you can pull a shot before a meeting and froth milk for a cappuccino on the weekend.

A Practical Setup, Bean to Cup

Pair a Sowtech espresso machine with a Sowtech conical burr grinder and you have a complete coffee station in less counter space than most drip pots. Fresh whole beans get ground to size, brewed under pressure, and finished with steamed milk — no separate frother, no specialty beans required.

Sowtech coffee equipment is sold on Amazon. We feature the lineup here — purchases, payments, returns, repair, and warranty are all handled directly through Amazon and the manufacturer.
